Kaiane Designs operates as a creative and commercial platform under KM Group LLC-FZ, a registered legal entity incorporated under Meydan Free Zone regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The House operates across made-to-order collections, bespoke garments, creative collaborations, editorial projects, and associated commercial activities.

02 — HOUSE ORDERS & CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS

Kaiane Designs operates primarily through made-to-order, limited-production, bespoke, and pre-order models.

Certain garments, collections, or commissioned pieces may require:

Production lead times
Design consultations
Measurements
Fittings
Deposits
Staged approvals
Client confirmations

Production schedules and delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Garment complexity
Material sourcing
Embellishment requirements
Atelier scheduling
International logistics
Client revisions
External production dependencies

The House reserves the right to:

Decline orders
Refuse engagements
Limit production availability
Suspend orders
Refuse abusive or inappropriate conduct
Cancel transactions where operational, legal, security, or commercial concerns arise

03 — CREATIVE & PRODUCTION VARIANCE

Due to the artisanal, handcrafted, made-to-order, and couture nature of certain garments, minor variations may occur between digital imagery and final delivered products.

Such variations may include:

Fabric texture
Dye lots
Embroidery placement
Draping
Embellishment positioning
Finishing details
Handcrafted construction characteristics
Creative interpretations

These variations form part of the House production process and shall not constitute defects, faults, or grounds for refund where the overall garment delivered remains materially aligned with the original approved design direction.

04 — PAYMENTS & COMMERCIAL TERMS

All payments, transactions, operational processing, and associated commercial activities may be administered through KM Group LLC-FZ unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed through:

Stripe
Approved payment links
Bank transfers
Invoicing systems
Authorised payment processors

Deposits, staged payments, retainers, and production reservations may be required prior to commencement of production or fulfilment.

All payments remain subject to:

Production schedules
Production allocations
Shipping timelines
Commercial approvals
Collection release schedules
Applicable taxes and duties

The House reserves the right to:

Delay fulfilment
Suspend production
Request verification
Refuse transactions
Cancel orders
Withhold release of garments pending payment completion

05 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CREATIVE RIGHTS

All designs, sketches, garment concepts, editorial assets, campaign materials, visual identities, creative direction, written content, digital imagery and associated intellectual property remain the property of Kaiane Designs and/or KM Group LLC-FZ unless otherwise stated.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, commercially utilised, manufactured, distributed, or republished without prior written consent.

06 — PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Kaiane Designs respects the confidentiality and privacy of all clients, collaborators, partners, suppliers, and private purchasers.

Client measurements, consultations, correspondence, purchase history, payment details, fittings, and project discussions are handled with reasonable operational confidentiality.

The House does not commercially sell or distribute personal client information submitted through its operating platforms.

07 — PLATFORM OPERATIONS & LIABILITY LIMITATION

Kaiane Designs operates as a luxury fashion platform under KM Group LLC-FZ.

Use of Kaiane Designs operated platforms, websites, communications, or digital systems remains at the user's own discretion and risk. The House does not guarantee uninterrupted website functionality, availability, accessibility, or transmission security across all devices, browsers, jurisdictions, or third-party integrations.

All reasonable efforts are undertaken to maintain secure digital operations, production coordination, payment handling, and platform functionality. However, Kaiane Designs and KM Group LLC-FZ shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, logistical, commercial, reputational, or third-party operational losses arising from:

Courier delays
Customs procedures
Payment processor interruptions
Platform downtime
Third-party technology failures
International shipping disruptions
Force majeure events

08 — GOVERNING JURISDICTION

Unless otherwise governed through executed agreements, these terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Kaiane Designs operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates under KM Group LLC-FZ.
