Browse our collections and select the piece you wish to acquire. Choose your size and add the item to your bag. Proceed to checkout, where you will be guided through payment and delivery. If you require assistance at any stage, our team is available to help.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
All transactions are processed in GBP (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank will convert the amount at the prevailing exchange rate. Any conversion fees are applied by your bank and are outside our control.
Order
We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days within the UK, and 7–14 working days internationally. Express options may be available at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary during busy periods or due to customs procedures for international orders.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that made-to-measure and couture pieces are non-returnable.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will assist you.
