Kaiane Designs operates as a creative and commercial platform under KM Group LLC-FZ, a registered legal entity incorporated under Meydan Free Zone regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The House operates across made-to-order collections, bespoke garments, creative collaborations, editorial projects, and associated commercial activities.

02 — PRODUCT CLASSIFICATIONS & DELIVERY STRUCTURES

Kaiane Designs operates through multiple production structures ranging from ready-to-wear fulfilment to atelier-led commissioned garment development.

As product categories operate under different production models, timelines, fitting structures, and operational workflows may vary depending on the nature of the order.

03 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ELIGIBILITY

Return and exchange eligibility may vary depending on the product classification and production structure associated with the order.

04 — BESPOKE & CUSTOM-MADE ORDER POLICY

Privately commissioned garments developed through consultation, design direction, fitting, and atelier production processes.

Estimated Delivery: Approximately 5–6 weeks or as otherwise agreed.

05 — CLIENT MEASUREMENTS & FITTING RESPONSIBILITY

For made-to-measure and bespoke garments, clients remain responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, sizing submissions, fitting confirmations, and approval information provided to the House.

Where measurements are submitted remotely, Kaiane Designs shall not be responsible for fitting inconsistencies arising from inaccurate measurement submissions, posture differences, body proportion interpretation, or third-party tailoring assistance.

Reasonable alterations may be discussed at the discretion of the House where operationally feasible.

Garment fit may also vary depending on:

Silhouette intention
Fabric behaviour
Draping structure
Construction methodology
Creative direction

Fit outcomes may also vary depending on posture, body asymmetry, movement, fabric behaviour, silhouette intention, and construction methodology.

06 — DELIVERY, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Kaiane Designs operates internationally and may utilise regional or international logistics providers depending on delivery destination and garment category.

International orders may be subject to:

Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT
Handling charges
Clearance fees
Country-specific import procedures

Unless otherwise stated, such charges remain the responsibility of the client.

Kaiane Designs shall not be responsible for:

Customs delays
Border clearance issues
Import restrictions
Failed delivery attempts
Local regulatory requirements
Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
